==History==
In 1975 Mr. Haresh Sippy〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=About Haresh Sippy )〕 set-up a manufacturing facility, Leo Engineering Works, which manufactured Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers. The Company started with conventional shell and tube exchangers in carbon steel and later moved to higher metallurgies. Tema India Limited〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=About TEMA India )〕 was incorporated on 21 December 1984 as a private limited company under the name of Tema Exchanger Manufacturers Private Limited. Subsequently, the legal structure of the Company was changed and the name of the Company was changed to its present name on 19 November 1999.
